I describe myself as: Genuine, open minded, organised, a visionary, empathetic, strong willed, hard working, a bit nutty, generous, shy. When I was younger, I wanted to be: A florist, A ballerina, an artist. When I’m not working, you’ll find me: With my family, at the park, in the piazza of Cortona or at ballet class. I’m most happy: With my son & entertaining at my home with family & friends. I don’t leave the house without: My telephone and my dog Vizz. When entertaining, my playlist will always include: Jazz music. Individual servings or sharing platters: Both, depending on the dish. My table will always be: Colourful and inviting.
