Shipping
Complimentary shipping on all orders over $200. Otherwise, a flat rate of $15–$25 based on parcel size.
Shipped by Australia Post from Sydney, your order will typically arrive within 2–7 business days of your shipping notification. If you're not home for delivery, you'll be notified to collect your parcel at your nearest collection point.
We ship within Australia only.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you order from ware.store. If something isn't quite right, we offer simple returns within 28 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Full-priced items are eligible for refund, exchange, or credit note. Final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Return
Because every piece should be a perfect fit. Request a return within 28 days of receiving your order by contacting hello@ware.store. Follow the instructions and use the provided return shipping label. Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund, exchange, or credit within 7–10 business days.
We reserve the right to decline returns that don't meet our criteria. If your return isn't accepted, it will be shipped back to you. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Handled with care, so you can buy with trust. Refunds are processed once returned items have been inspected. The original order amount will be refunded, less $10 for the provided return shipping label. In most cases, allow up to 5 business days for funds to appear (may take longer for AfterPay orders).
Exchanges
Prefer another piece? We'll help you find the right fit. Free exchanges are available via our returns portal. You can swap for a different colour, size, or an item of equal or greater value. Product bundles and sale items do not qualify for exchange credit. Customers cover the cost of returning the original item, and the replacement will be delivered under our standard shipping rates.
Order Cancellations
Plans change. We'll do our best to accommodate. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. During sale periods, cancellation may not be possible if the order has shipped. If your order has already shipped, you can return it after it arrives.
Faulty Items
On the rare occasion something isn't perfect, we'll take care of it. All items are checked before dispatch, but faults can occur. Due to the nature of handmade items, we cannot guarantee that signs of this quality will be considered a fault. This does not cover accidental owner damage, misuse, or advice against care instructions.
To claim, please email hello@ware.store with a photo, description of the fault, and proof of purchase. We aim to respond within 24 business hours and will advise on next steps.
