We take great care in packaging fragile items.

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the damaged item and its packaging.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Once the damage has been verified, we will arrange a replacement, refund or store credit at our discretion.
